A few notes about our Grooming Service:

Your pets safety and comfort is our primary concern. Please advise us of any allergies, sensitivities or pre-existing medical conditions that we need to be informed of. **We will not groom any animal without proof of up to date vaccinations from your Veterinarian

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations without 24 hour notice will be considered a No-Show

NO CALL / NO SHOW

$25 fee per pet deposit wil be expected prior to re-scheduling next appointment

3 No-Shows will require all appointments to be paid in full in advance

LATE PICKUP

$10 per 15 min
